I have the automatic frozen yogurt-ice cream & sorbet maker ICE-20 series made bby CUISINART. The first few times the icecream came out perfect & great. I made ice cream yesterday and it was soupy. I put it in freezer and now it is icy and not smooth like ice cream should be. What is going on? I had the freezer bowl in the freezer for 19 hours before making the ice cream. I have the krups quart ice cream maker. The first time I made the custard ice cream recipe it came out great. After that I can't get the consistency right. It works it at least 40 min to an hour and the ice cream becomes hard as a rock in the freezer. Does not scoop out velvety like first time.
